The company is led by a South Florida native who was born in the City of Hollywood, Fl, before moving to Weston, FL and eventually graduating from Cypress Bay High School.
Surrounded by family members who worked as realtors, mortgage brokers, and title professionals, the world of contracts, closings, and negotiations became familiar at a young age and naturally sparked a passion for the industry.
A proud Cuban-American, her dedication to Real Estate closings is inspired by her family’s immigrant journey and the importance they placed on education, professional development and cultivating relationships.
After high school, she went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Florida International University (FIU) in Miami. There, she deepened her understanding of diverse cultures and global politics, and how those forces influence the way people interact, build trust, and do business with one another.
Title Helps of Florida is the result of that journey a place where her love for business and real estate comes together with a genuine commitment to people. The company was founded on the belief that closings should be personal, not transactional. Every file is treated with care, every client is kept informed, and every relationship whether with a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned investor, or a top-producing agent is built to last.

Joseph Zamd is the Business Development and Marketing Director at Title Helps of Florida, where he focuses on building strong client relationships and strategic outreach. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Joseph served for six years, gaining the discipline, accountability, and attention to detail that now shape his professional approach. He has worked with multiple companies across various industries, allowing him to create an extensive network of trusted partners and professionals over the years. Joseph is passionate about connecting with people, understanding each client’s unique needs, and ensuring that every interaction with Title Helps of Florida reflects integrity, reliability, and service at the highest standard.

Our processing team carefully reviews every detail of your file from title searches and lien checks to underwriting requirements making sure everything is accurate, compliant, and ready well before closing. They stay in close contact with all parties, so questions get answered quickly and you always know where your file stands. Because we understand that real estate moves outside of standard business hours, once your file is received you are provided with a direct number to the processor handling your file.
